One change is to put in a pool, having a pool would be wicked. Especially for summer, swimming comps and maybe the school swim team. I understand it may cost a lot but not using it throughout winter would be okay. You could put it behind the playground, making that level of ground equal and then putting in a pool, we could fundraise.
